Whether you have a vaginal birth or belly birth, you’ll want these essentials for your recovery! 

For vaginal birth mammas, the Frida Mom kit is amazing. For belly-birth Mammas, the Frida Mom C-section Undies are great. 

What you’ll want for your perineum (vulva, and bum) post birth will vary, but we like to recommend a Witch Hazel foam or Tucks Witch Hazel Wipes to line your postpartum pads with.

Peri Bottle Tea blends or herbal sitz baths can be beneficial for your recovery from a vaginal birth. A blend of herbs including calendula, comfrey and lavender can be soothing and healing.
